Sgx Nifty Futures Opening Update as on 02 April 2020

The  Sgx Nifty Future is trading at 8,292.50 up with +0.75% percent or +61.50 point. The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 17,860.00 up with +0.22% percent or +40.00 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 23,270.50 up  with +1.48% percent or +340.50 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Nifty opened on a flat note on Wednesday, but then it started correcting right from the ‘word go’. The index continued to make lower lows for most part of the session and tested the 8,200 mark in intraday trade. Eventually, it concluded the session around the 8,250 mark and formed a Bearish Candle on the daily scale.

 For the day the  nifty closed at 8,253.80 with a loss of -4.00%   percent or -343.95  point.Nikkei 225 is trading at 17,818.72 with a loss of –1.37% percent or –246.69 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 23,280.06 up with +0.84% percent or +194.27 point.

For the day the Dow is trading at 20,943.51 with a loss of –4.44% percent or –973.65 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 2,470.50 with a loss of –4.41% percent or –114.09 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 7,360.58 with a loss of –4.41% percent or –339.52 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 17,818.72 with a loss of –1.37% percent or –246.69 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 23,224.48 up with +0.60% percent or +138.69 point. China’s Shanghai  Composite is trading at 2,780.64 up with +1.69% percent or +46.12  point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 28,265.31 with a loss of  –4.08% percent or –1,203.18 point at 12:15 PM.
