Chemplast Sanmar Ltd. (CSL), one of the leading specialty chemical manufacturers in India is coming out with a Rs 3,850 crore IPO at a price band of Rs 530-541 per share between August 10-12. CSL is a leading specialty chemical manufacturer in India.
