SGX Nifty Futures Opening Update as on 10 July 2019

The SGX Nifty Future is trading at 11,518.00 with a loss of -0.38% percent or -43.50 point. The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 21,498.00 with a loss of -0.01% percent or -2.00 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 28,225.00 up with +0.41% percent or +116.50 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Domestic equity market is likely to open lower on Wednesday tracking Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX Nifty)and mixed Asian cues.

At 8:24 am the SGX Nifty was 17.50 points or 0.15 per cent lower at 11,551.

Bharat Forge is a ‘Sell’ call with a target price of Rs 438 and a stop loss of Rs 457.

Colgate is a ‘Buy’ call with a target price of Rs 1205 and a stop loss of Rs 1155.

WORLD MARKETS

For the day the Dow is trading at 26,783.49  with a loss of -0.084% percent or -22.65 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 2,979.63 up with +0.12% percent or +3.68 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 8,141.73 up with +0.54% percent or +43.35 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 21,533.48 with a loss of -0.15% percent or -31.67 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 28,191.99 up with +0.27% percent or +75.71 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 2,915.30  with a loss of -0.44% percent or -12.93 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 38,558.15  with a loss of -0.45% percent or -172.67 point at 12:15 PM.
