The SgxNifty Future is trading at 15,720.80 with a loss of -3.36% or -545.85 point. The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 25,058.00 with a loss of -2.87% percent or -739.50 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 20,918.50 with a loss of -2.82% percent or -607.50 point.
TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS
The Euro currency has plunged by more than 2 percent in the month of March 2022 touching the lower levels of 1.0820 levels. On the other hand, the fall in EUR-INR was only minimal owing to the bullish trend in USD-INR which restricted sharp fall. The prime reason for this sharp drop would be attributed to the ongoing geopolitical tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
