SgxNifty Futures Update : 27 Sept 2021

The  SgxNifty Future is trading at 17,935.80 up with +0.49% or +86.95 point. The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 30,043.00 with a loss of -0.04% percent or -12.00 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 24,153.50 with a loss of –0.01% percent or -1.50 point.

 

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman said India needs at least 4-5 more large banks like State Bank of India (SBI) to support the growing credit appetite of a fast-recuperating economy in the post-Covid world. Sitharaman on Sunday, while addressing the 74th annual general meeting of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) in Mumbai, said the economy is on a reset mode after the devastation caused by the pandemic.

For the day the Dow is trading at 34,764.82 up with +1.48%percent or +506.50 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 4,448.98 up with +1.21% percent or ++53.34 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 15,052.24 up with percent or +155.40  point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 30,248.81 up with +2.06% percent or +609.41 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 24,384.76 with a loss of –0.26%ercent or –63.02 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,619.49 up  with +0.63%percent or + 22.87 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 59,568.74   with  percent or 25.00 point at 12:15 PM.
