TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS
Benchmark indices have pushed ahead on the positive close on Tuesday and started trading at new highs. Automobile and banking stocks are helping the markets. A host of companies, including Infosys, Wipro, Mindtree, Advik Laboratories, and Aditya Birla Money are announcing their quarterly results today. Auto and IT stocks will be watched with Tata Motors set to get funding from TPG Capital and Infosys and Wipro set to announce quarterly results. Aviation stocks may gain on the back of the government’s announcement of lifting capacity checks from 18 October.
