The  Sgx Nifty Future is trading at 10,076.00 up with +0.97% percent or +97.00 point. The Nikkei 225 Future is trading at 22,698.00 up with +1.47% percent or +328.00 point.The Hang Seng Future is trading at 24,185.00 up with +1.04% percent or +248.00 point.

The committee of directors approved allotment of 4,000 – 8.08% p.a Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Floating Coupon, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs 10,00,000 each, for cash aggregating to Rs 400 crore, on private placement basis.
